Configure the step identifier for the reports about the progress of the execution of a request. The ErrorHandler has been updated

Error code have been implemented for ST[01] reports that are responsible for failed events. The execute() of MessageParser needs to be redefined

I should check the standard requirements one last time to make sure everything's done
